Thru-Hole and SMT Soldering Operator
Duties
Hand solder THRU HOLE components onto PCB’s at post and final areas with Tin/Lead and Lead Free alloys
Work with water soluble and no clean fluxes
Touch-up solder joints after wave solder
Component identification and polarity ability of devices being installed
Experience/Skills
Must have solder skill set
Must be able to read and comprehend BOM and visual aids
Computer skills – Use Windows operating system
Must be thorough, accurate and dependable
Work within a manufacturing setting using basic manual soldering equipment, ie., microscopes, mag lights, solder, flux etc.
